Universal Health Services, Inc. Completes Acquisition of Five Behavioral Health Facilities

(NYSE: UHS) announced today that it completed the previously announced acquisitions of five behavioral health facilities, including the Stonington Institute, located in Stonington, Connecticut; Coastal Harbor Treatment Center, located in Savannah, Georgia; Rivendell Behavioral Health Services of Arkansas, located in Benton, Arkansas; Rivendell Behavioral Health Services of Kentucky, located in Bowling Green, Kentucky; and Spring Mountain Treatment Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
