Universal Health Services, Inc. Completes Sale of Two Hospitals in Puerto Rico

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., March 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Universal Health Services, Inc. (NYSE: UHS) announced today that it has completed the previously announced sale of 430-bed Hospital San Pablo located in Bayamon, Puerto Rico and 180-bed Hospital San Pablo del Este in Fajardo, Puerto Rico.

The combined sale proceeds were approximately $120 million, plus the value of certain components of working capital.
